Volunteer Pavilion Officer
Eynsham Cricket Club (www.eynshamcc.org)
Location: Eynsham Cricket Club Pavilion
Eynsham Cricket Club is looking for a volunteer to manage and maintain our pavilion. If you're organised, local, and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to support your local cricket club!
Key tasks:
- Oversee pavilion cleanliness and upkeep
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked for match days/events
- Manage supplies (tea, coffee, cleaning materials)
- Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance
- Set up for matches and events, ensuring the pavilion runs smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Strong organisational skills
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Availability to attend most match days and events

Volunteer Social Media Manager
Eynsham Cricket Club (www.eynshamcc.org)
Location: Remote / Eynsham
Are you passionate about cricket and social media? Eynsham Cricket Club is looking for a volunteer to manage our social media accounts! This flexible role (around 3-5 hours a week) allows you to create posts, share match updates, and help grow our online community.
Key tasks:
- Post match results, photos, and club news on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
- Promote events and help grow our following
What we're looking for:
- Passion for cricket and social media
- Creativity and strong communication skills
- Experience with platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) a plus but not required

Volunteer Sponsorship Manager
Eynsham Cricket Club (www.eynshamcc.org)
Location: Remote / Eynsham
Eynsham Cricket Club is seeking a volunteer to help build and manage sponsorship opportunities! If you enjoy networking and want to support grassroots sports, this role (approx. 3-5 hours a week) is a great fit.
Key tasks:
- Identify local businesses and organisations for sponsorship
- Create sponsorship packages (e.g., advertising, match-day promotions)
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors
- Ensure sponsors receive agreed benefits (e.g., promotion on social media)
What we're looking for:
- The most important thing is enthusiasm but any of the following are a bonus!
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Experience in sponsorship, fundraising, or business development
- Passion for local sports and community engagement
