In a league match Eynsham defeated Swinbrook by 6 runs.

Eynsham batted first and scored 87 – 4 off their 20 overs.

Good innings by Dominic Coe (24 not out), Fin Bibby (23) ably supported by Christian Drury (13) and Oliver Richardson (9) provided most of the runs.

In reply Swinbrook batted well reaching 61-3 off 15 overs. Tom Ford (5-1) and Dominic Coe (4-2) then restricted the Swinbrook batsmen to 10 runs off the last 5 overs for the loss of 5 wickets aided by some sharp fielding that also led to 2 run outs. The other wicket takers were Christian Drury (1-18), Alex Howells (1-19) and Jack Ward (1-3).
This was an encouraging performance from the boys.
