The new opening partnership of Junior and Nobby put on 41 which gave us a platform to play expansively as the innings progressed. Steve Laudat was again in fantastic form with another half century. He deserves a century this season and hopefully soon. Olly showed signs of getting back to his best again and it was nice to see Gary Cook looking good again until a spectacular mix up with Duds led to him being run out. Tids, once again, injected some fierce running between the wickets, and we were pleased to get to 193. |
